Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Squadron Datapad account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Squadron Datapad.
Open Settings (the profile icon), then tap your account to open Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your account and data. Please include the email you signed in with so we can locate it.

We aim to process emailed requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your authentication record (Google / Apple / anonymous account).
Your synced squads and related data stored in the cloud (Firestore).
Your saved squads on the device you delete from.

What this does not affect

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics and crash diagnostics are retained for a limited period under Google Firebase's standard retention settings and are not linked to you after deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.
